Trade History & Filtering
The Trade History page is where you browse, filter, and manage all your logged trades. Access it by clicking Trades in the sidebar.
Display Views
Switch between four different views using the buttons in the top right:

Your view preference is remembered between sessions.
When viewing a Copy Trading Group, all views show trades from every account in the group. Table View adds an Account column automatically, and Grid/Items views show colored account dots on each card.
Calendar View
Calendar View displays your trades in a monthly calendar format. Each day cell shows aggregated data for all trades on that day.
Navigation
- Use the arrow buttons to move between months
- Click Today to jump back to the current month
- Click any day with trades to see a popup with trade details
Day Cells
Days with trades display customizable statistics. By default, you'll see the daily Net P&L and trade direction. The cell background color uses your theme's P&L colors (customizable in Settings > Theme).
Month Summary
Below the calendar, a summary bar shows:
- Total number of trades for the month
- Number of trading days
- Win/Loss/Breakeven count
- Total monthly P&L
Customizing Calendar View
Click Customize to open the calendar settings panel. You can configure:
Display Mode:
- Custom Rows - Show up to 2 rows of stats in each day cell
- Minimal (Dots) - Show colored dots for each trade (green/red based on P&L)
- Show Image - Display the first screenshot from the day's trades
Cell Background:
- P&L Based - Color cells based on daily profit/loss (default)
- Trade Count - Color intensity based on number of trades that day
- No Background - Plain cells without coloring
Other Options:
- Show Adjacent Months - Display trades from previous/next month in grayed-out cells
- Highlight Today - Add a visual indicator on today's date
Calendar Cell Stats
When using Custom Rows mode, you can choose from these stats for each slot:

The calendar respects your week start preference (Monday or Sunday) from Settings > General Preferences.
Filtering Trades
Click the Filters button to open the filter panel. You can filter by multiple criteria at once. Filters apply to all views including Calendar View.
Basic Filters
- Date Range - Use the top bar date picker or set custom dates
- Symbol - Filter by specific trading instruments
- Direction - Long, Short, or both
- Asset Type - Futures, Stocks, Options, Forex, Crypto
Strategy Filters
- Strategy - Filter by one or more strategies
- Setup - Filter by entry setups
- Confirmations - Filter by confirmation criteria used
- Setup Quality - Filter by setup quality rating (A+, A, B, C, D, F)
Performance Filters
- P&L Filter - Winners only, Losers only, Breakeven, or All
- Net P&L Range - Set minimum and/or maximum net profit
- Gross P&L Range - Set minimum and/or maximum gross profit
- Fees Range - Filter by fee amounts
- Points Range - Filter by points gained/lost
- RR Realized Range - Filter by realized risk-reward ratio
- RR Expected Range - Filter by expected risk-reward ratio
Trade Details Filters
- Quantity Range - Filter by position size
- Holding Time Range - Filter by how long trades were held
- Confidence Range - Filter by confidence level percentage
- Has Stop Loss - Trades with or without SL set
- Has Take Profit - Trades with or without TP set
Context Filters
- Market Condition - Trending, Ranging, Choppy, etc.
- Trading Session - Pre-market, Regular, After-hours
- Emotional State - Confident, Anxious, Neutral, etc.
- Bias - Bullish, Bearish, Neutral
- Exit Type - How the trade was closed
- Trade Grade - Filter by your trade quality rating
- Day of Week - Filter by which day trades occurred
Content Filters
- Has Screenshot - Trades with or without chart images
- Has Notes - Trades with general notes written
- Has Mistakes - Trades where you recorded mistakes
- Has Learning - Trades with learning notes
- Has News - Trades with news events noted
- Tags - Filter by custom tags
Multi-Select Filters
Most filters support multiple selections. For example, you can filter for both "Breakout" AND "Mean Reversion" strategies at once to see trades from either.
Range Filters
Several filters allow you to set a range with minimum and/or maximum values:
- You can set just a minimum (e.g., P&L > $100)
- You can set just a maximum (e.g., P&L < $500)
- You can set both to create a range (e.g., P&L between $100 and $500)
Clearing Filters
To clear filters:
- Click Clear All in the filter panel
- Or remove individual filters by unchecking them
Active filters show a count indicator on the Filters button.
Sorting
In Table View, click column headers to sort:
- Trade Date - Sort by when the trade occurred
- Symbol - Alphabetical by instrument
- Gross P&L - Sort by profit before fees
- Net P&L - Sort by profit after fees
Click the same header again to reverse the sort order (ascending/descending).
Customizing Columns
In Table View, click Columns to choose which data columns to display.
Available Columns
Basic:
- Trade Date, Symbol, Direction, Quantity
Strategy:
- Strategy, Setup, Grade
Performance:
- Gross P&L, Net P&L, Fees, Points, Expected R:R, Realized R:R
Context:
- Market Condition, Session, Emotional State
Other:
- Tags, Holding Time, Notes preview
Your column choices are saved per user.
Customizing Grid & Items Views
In Grid View or Items View, click Customize to control which stats appear on each trade card.
How It Works
- Switch to Grid or Items view
- Click the Customize button
- A preview card appears showing the current layout
- Click any slot in the preview to select it
- Choose a stat from the list to display in that slot
- Click Save to apply your changes
Grid View Layout
Grid cards display a screenshot area plus 4 rows with up to 3 stats each. You can customize all 12 slots to show the data most important to you.
Items View Layout
Items cards are more compact with 2 rows and 2 stats per row (4 total slots).
Available Stats
Choose from over 20 different data points:
- Basic: Symbol, Direction, Date, Date/Time, Quantity, Asset Type
- Performance: Net P&L, Gross P&L, Fees, Points, RR Realized, RR Expected
- Strategy: Strategy, Setup, Grade, Confidence
- Context: Market Condition, Session, Emotion, Bias, Exit Type
- Other: Holding Time
Empty Slots
You can leave slots empty for a cleaner look. Select "Clear Slot" when customizing to remove a stat from a position.
Reset to Default
Click Reset in the customize modal to restore the default layout for that view.
Grid, Items, and Calendar views have separate customization settings. Changes to one don't affect the others.
Selecting Multiple Trades
Click Select to enter selection mode:
- Checkboxes appear next to each trade
- Click trades to select them
- Use the header checkbox to select all visible trades
- A toolbar appears with bulk actions
Bulk Actions
- Delete Selected - Remove multiple trades at once
Click Cancel or Select again to exit selection mode.
Viewing Trade Details
Click any trade row to open the Trade Detail page.
Trade Detail Page
The detail page shows complete information about a single trade:
Header Section:
- Symbol and direction
- Trade date and time
- P&L with color coding
- Edit and Delete buttons
Overview Tab:
- P&L breakdown (gross P&L, fees, net P&L with color coding)
- Key metrics (quantity, holding time, R:R realized/expected, total points)
- Market context (condition, session, bias, news events)
- Balance impact (before/after balance with percentage change)
- Screenshot preview, psychology summary, and tags at a glance
Executions Tab:
- Entry executions table (price, quantity, time)
- Exit executions table with per-exit P&L calculations
- Execution summary (average entry/exit prices, total points, total quantity)
- Risk management levels (stop loss, take profit)
Strategy Tab:
- Strategy name and color, entry setup, exit type, and setup quality
- Strategy Compliance - Automatic rule checking that compares your actual trade data against the rules defined in your strategy. Shows pass/fail indicators for: Direction, Market Type, Session, Exit Type, Stop Loss Set, Take Profit Set, and Min R:R Met
- Confirmations checklist with score (e.g., 3/5)
Compliance checks only appear when a strategy is assigned and has structured rules defined (from the Preferred Conditions, Exit Strategy, and Risk Management steps in the strategy builder). Each individual check requires data on both sides - if the strategy doesn't define a rule or the trade is missing the corresponding data, that check is simply omitted.

Notes Tab:
- Thought Process - Your reasoning for the trade
- Mistakes Made - What went wrong
- Learning Notes - Lessons from this trade
- General Notes - Any additional notes
Each note type is displayed in its own bordered section. Only notes with content are shown.
Psychology Tab:
- Trade Grade - Your quality rating for the trade execution (A+ to F)
- Emotional State - How you felt during the trade
- Setup Quality - Rating of the setup quality
- Confidence Level - Visual meter showing your confidence on a 1-10 scale
Tags Tab:
- Custom tags grouped by category
- Each tag shows a colored dot matching its assigned color
Protocol Tab:
- Pill tab switcher for Pre-Trade, In-Trade, and Post-Trade phases
- Protocol responses organized by section with checklist items, ratings, and text answers
- Green dot indicator on tabs that have completed responses
Navigating Between Trades
From the detail page:
- Click the back arrow to return to Trade History
- Your filters and page position are preserved
Loading More Trades
Trades load automatically as you scroll:
- Table View - All matching trades load at once
- Grid & Items Views - Use infinite scroll (more trades load as you scroll down)
- Calendar View - Shows all trades for the displayed month
The total trade count is shown in the page header.
Tips
- Use date range first - Narrow down by date before applying other filters
- Save column preferences - Set up columns once for your workflow
- Review losing trades - Use P&L filter to analyze what went wrong
- Tag for later - Use tags to mark trades for future review
- Grid view for screenshots - Switch to grid when reviewing chart images
- Calendar for patterns - Use calendar view to spot trading day patterns
- Combine filters - Stack multiple filters to find specific trade scenarios
- Use range filters - Find trades within specific P&L or R:R ranges
