How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Security and scroll to the delete account section. You can choose between soft delete (recoverable within 30 days) or permanent deletion.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Click the "Manage Subscription" button on the pricing page to open the Stripe customer portal. From there you can cancel your subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
Can't access my account?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset your password. If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser cookies and cache. Still having issues? Contact support.
How do I connect my broker?
Go to Settings > Trading Accounts, create a new account, and select your broker. Follow the prompts to link your broker account and start tracking your trades.
How do I import my trades?
Currently, you can manually add trades through the journal. Automatic trade importing from brokers is coming soon. Check our roadmap for updates.
