Daily & Monthly Trade Limits
The number of trades you can log per day and per month.

The daily trade limit resets at midnight UTC. Trades logged on previous days don't count toward today's limit.
Screenshots
Attach chart screenshots to your trade entries for visual documentation.

AI Corrections
AI-powered tools to help improve your trade journal entries. Use AI to correct typos, improve grammar, and enhance the clarity of your trade notes and analysis.

CSV Import
Import trades directly from your broker's CSV export files. Upload your file, preview the trades, select which ones to import, and optionally merge multiple executions into single trades.

Bulk Sync Import

Auto-Sync (Broker Connection)

CSV Import (Add Trade > Import CSV) imports one trade at a time from a file. Bulk Sync (Settings > Accounts > Sync) imports multiple trades with duplicate detection. Auto-Sync connects directly to your broker and imports automatically every 15 minutes — no file uploads needed.
Data Export
Export your trading data for backup, analysis in external tools, or record-keeping. Download your trades, performance metrics, and journal entries.

Data Retention
How long your data is stored before archiving. FREE users have two retention tiers:
- FREE - Screenshots: Screenshot files are archived after 6 months (180 days). The trade record itself stays.
- FREE - Database records: Trades, journal entries, and backtesting session data are archived after 24 months (730 days).
- PRO: Unlimited data retention — nothing is ever archived or deleted.
Archived data is hidden from your dashboard, journal, and statistics, but it is not immediately deleted. You have a 30-day recovery window to restore it by upgrading to Pro. After 30 days, archived data is permanently removed.
When downgrading from Pro to Free, you get a 14-day grace period before any retention limits apply. You will also receive email warnings at 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before data is archived. Your account settings, strategies, protocols, chart templates, and goals are never affected.
Backtesting Limits
The backtesting platform has separate limits for strategy testing on historical data.

What Happens When You Hit a Limit?
When you reach a FREE plan limit:
- You'll see a notification explaining the limit
- The action is blocked until you upgrade or free up space
- Existing data is preserved - nothing is deleted
You can always:
- Delete unused items to free up slots
- Upgrade to PRO for unlimited access
- Continue using features within your limits

Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time:

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
When you downgrade from PRO to FREE:
- Existing data is preserved - nothing is immediately deleted
- Limits apply going forward - you won't be able to create new items beyond FREE limits
- Data retention starts - screenshots are removed after 6 months, trade/backtesting data after 24 months
- Features are locked - CSV import and bulk sync become unavailable
To avoid losing data, consider exporting your trades before downgrading.
Can I try PRO before committing?

What's the difference between Monthly and Yearly?
Both plans include the same PRO features. Yearly saves you 35% ($19/month vs $29/month) but is billed as a single payment of $228 annually.

Do special users (Alpha, Beta, Lifetime) need to pay?
No. Users with special access (alpha, beta, admin, lifetime) have full PRO access without needing a subscription.
