Date Range Filter Guide

Overview

The Date Range Filter allows you to filter data across the entire platform by a specific time period. Once applied, it affects the PnL calendar, archive, and statistics pages, showing only entries within your selected date range.

Accessing the Date Range Filter

The date range filter is always accessible from the top navigation bar on every page.

Setting a Date Range

  1. Click the Date Range button in the top bar
  2. The date range picker opens with quick presets and a custom date selector
  3. Choose a preset or select custom start and end dates
  4. The filter is applied immediately across all pages

  • Today - Current day only
  • Yesterday - Previous day only
  • This Week - Current week (Sunday to today)
  • Last 7 Days - Rolling 7-day window
  • Last 30 Days - Rolling 30-day window
  • This Month - Current calendar month

  2. Select or type the start date
  3. Click the End Date field
  4. Select or type the end date
  5. Click Apply

How the Filter Works

When a date range is active:

  • PnL Calendar - Only shows entries within the date range
  • Statistics - All calculations are based on filtered entries only
  • Archive - Only entries within the range are displayed
  • Session Controller - Sessions are filtered by their creation/activity dates

Clearing the Filter

To remove the date range filter and see all data:

  • Click the date range button
  • Select All Time
  • All data is now visible again

Tips

  • Use "This Week" for weekly reviews - Quickly see your weekly performance
  • Use "This Month" for monthly summaries - Track monthly progress
  • Custom ranges for specific analysis - Focus on particular trading days
  • Remember to clear the filter - If statistics look unexpected, check if a date filter is active
Date Range Persistence

The date range filter persists within your session. When you return to a saved session, your previously set date range is restored automatically.
