Deletion Timeline
Account deletion happens in stages:
Stage 1: Waiting Period (14 days)
- Your account remains fully active
- You can cancel the request at any time
- After 14 days, your account is disabled
Stage 2: Recovery Period (30 days)
- Your account is disabled and you cannot log in
- Your data is still preserved
- Contact support to restore your account during this window
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
You have 44 days total (14 + 30) from your request before data is permanently removed. This protects against accidental deletion and gives you time to reconsider.

Changed your mind during the first 14 days?

- Click Cancel Deletion
Your account will return to normal immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I recover my account after deletion?
During the first 14 days, you can cancel the request yourself. During the next 30 days (while your account is disabled), contact support to restore it. After 44 days total, recovery is not possible.
What if I just want to take a break?
Consider simply not using the app instead of deleting. Your data will be there when you return. If you have a subscription, cancel it first to avoid charges.
Will I get a refund?
Deleting your account does not automatically refund your subscription. Contact support within 30 days of payment if you need a refund.
Why are billing records kept?
Payment records are retained for legal and tax compliance requirements. These records only contain transaction history, not your trading data or personal information beyond what's needed for billing.
